I am have very peculiar ideas. One of them is to want to travel and do what you want to do before the age of 30, before I reach the responsibilities and although I already have some, I can say that in my almost 27 years, I have lived my life full and happy, free and unfettered.


What you must do is QUIT your comfort zone, go and discover the world that is waiting for you outside the doors of your house, outside your school and office!

 

 

 

When we give ourselves the opportunity to do what we want, what really makes us feel full and satisfied, we experience true happiness. But getting to this point requires to find our true self and a very important step to do that is TO TRAVEL!

 

 One of the most interesting and enriching pleasures we can have is to travel. 

 

When we travel we can enjoy different cultures, different ideologies and ways of seeing life. We can see the world through the eyes of others and our own.

The young adult who has traveled has a different perspective on the current reality. After having experienced the feeling of being surrounded by different cultures we create our own culture, we have different expectations for the future and our perspective expands beyond our city and even country of origin.


 Without any fears I can share with you my experience, which made ​​me grow in personal, professional and spiritual aspects.

I am originally from Mexico City but I was raised in Cancún (yeah, spring breakers Paradise). I always had the desire to leave home, leaving the city in which I lived and start writing my story with my own merits.

 

 

When I was 19 I moved to Monterrey, where I was fortunate to study at one of the best universities in the country, the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. The educational experience was not as I would have liked but being away from home, alone, helped me growing up in a huge way.
I had the chance to live alone and make friends with people from around the country and the world!
That's why I became interested in going "beyond". The experience in Monterrey changed me without realizing it. It was not until months after my return home (Cancun, Mexico) that I realized I wanted to expand my horizons further.


You do not need to be 100% independent for travel.
You can still depend on your parents, but I guarantee that once you've been on your own, away from family (to which you'll miss), your standpoint upon return will be different.


I had the great blessing of living in New York, United States for a little over two years. Imagine, a world-famous for being cosmopolitan, multicultural, modern city. Rich in every way! (Soon I will write about my experience there).


It was only then that I realized that my pleassure was to TRAVEL AND ENJOY DIFFERENT CULTURES.

Imagine how cool it would be to go to Egypt, Berlin, Paris, Mexico! Seriously do not stay with the desire to fly and jump off your bed, go away from home. You will see your life changes permanently and for the better!

 

That's why, if you have the opportunity to take a trip, do not think twice, DO IT!

There are many special places that you can go, and in some cases you don't even need need to spend a lot of money! There are several programs to volunteer in countries that you can not even imagine! It's just a matter of wanting to start your own adventure to spice up your life and enrich your knowledge through unique and perhaps unrepeatable experiences!

Sal a ver el mundo... es tuyo!

Soy de las personas que tienen ideas muy peculiares. Una de ellas es querer viajar y hacer lo que quiera hacer antes de los 30 años, antes de que las responsabilidades me alcancen y, si bien ya tengo que cumplir con algunas, puedo decir que a mis ya casi 27 años, he vivido mi vida de manera plena y feliz, libre y sin ataduras.
 

 

Lo que debes hacer es SALIR de tu zona de confort, ir a descubrir el mundo que está esperando por ti afuera de las puertas de tu casa, fuera de tu escuela y oficina.

 

 

Cuando nos damos la oportunidad de hacer lo que queremos, lo que realmente nos llena y satisface, experimentamos una felicidad verdadera. Pero para llegar a este punto de máxima plenitud es necesario encontrarse con uno mismo y un paso muy importante para eso es VIAJAR!

 

 

 

Uno de los placeres más interesantes y enriquecedores que podemos tener es el del viaje.

 

Cuando viajamos podemos disfrutar de diferentes culturas, diferentes ideologías y formas de ver la vida. Podemos ver el mundo a través de los ojos de otros y de los nuestros.

 

El adulto joven que ha viajado tiene una perspectiva diferente de la realidad actual y pocas veces se deja reprimir. Una vez habiendo experimentado la sensación de estar rodeado de diferentes culturas creamos una mentalidad, tenemos expectativas diferentes para el futuro y nuestra perspectiva se expande más allá de nuestra ciudad e incluso país de origen.

 

Sin temor a equivocarme puedo compartir con ustedes mi experiencia, la cual me hizo crecer en aspectos personales, profesionales y espirituales.

 

Siempre tuve la inquietud de irme de casa, de salir de la ciudad en la que vivía y empezar a escribir mi historia con mis propios méritos.

 

 

Fue hasta los 19 años que emprendí el vuelo, me fui a vivir a Monterrey, en donde tuve la fortuna de estudiar en una de las mejores universidades del país, la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. La experiencia educativa no fue lo que yo hubiese deseado pero el estar lejos de casa, sólo, me ayudo a madurar de una forma enorme.

 

 

Pude convivir y entablar amistad con personas de todo el país y el mundo!

Es por eso que comencé a interesarme en ir "más allá". La experiencia en Monterrey me cambió sin darme cuenta, fue hasta meses después de mi regreso a casa (Cancún, México) que me di cuenta que quería expandir mis horizontes aún más.

No es necesario ser 100% independiente para poder viajar.

Puedes depender de tus padres aún, pero te garantizo que una vez que hayas estado por tu cuenta, alejado de la familia (a la cual vas a extrañar), tu punto de vista al regresar será diferente.
 

 

Tuve la ENORME BENDICION de vivir en New York, Estados Unidos por un poco más de dos años. Imagínate, una ciudad famosa mundialmente por ser cosmopolita, multicultural y moderna. Riquísima en todos los sentidos! (Pronto escribiré sobre mi experiencia allá).

 

Fue hasta entonces que me di cuenta que lo mío era eso, VIAJAR Y DISFRUTAR DE DIFERENTES CULTURAS.

 

 

Imagina lo padre que es Egipto, Berlín, París, México! En verdad no te quedes con las ganas y lánzate a un viaje. Verás que tu vida y tu visión cambiarán de forma permanente y para bien!

 

 

 Es por eso que si tienes la oportunidad de hacer un viaje, no lo pienses dos veces, HAZLO!

 

Hay muchos lugares extraordinarios a los cuales puedes ir, y en algunos casos no es necesario ir de intercambio! Hay varios programas para hacer un voluntariado en países que ni te imaginas! Es solo cuestión de querer empezar tu propia aventura, de darle sabor a tu vida y de enriquecer tus conocimientos por medio de experiencias únicas y tal vez irrepetibles!
