Often we feel bogged in everyday negative emotions much and so often, that we forget to be happy..
Happiness is within reach of every one of us, all we have to do is WANT TO BE HAPPY, so easy! Happiness can be found in the simplest (and many minor) details of our every day. From feel the softness of your own touch, to eat a Candy or a pie, it's all happiness!
Play your favorite music, that's happiness!
Feel the water running through your body, that's happiness!
Savor a cake with strawberry topping, that's happiness!
Hug your parents or siblings, that's happiness!

How many times a day do you stop to observe what is around you? I invite you to at least once a day take a minute or two to contemplate what you have around (but seriously, huh). Skip the office! Walk around your neighborhood greeting people you see passing, enjoying the breeze that caresses your skin, enjoy nature, it provides us with the clear blue sky of day, or the starry sky at night!
Look, there will always be naysayers, that's inevitable, but .... It is in us and only us to allow these negative emotions affect our mood. GET RID of them, you do not pay attention to the crap (pardon my French) that affects others. Focus on you!
While it is true that "energy is neither created nor destroyed, only transformed" let me say that we can transform negative energy into positive!
